Extremis was founded in 1994 with the first table designed by Dirk Wynants, the Gargantua model that became a design classic. In less than five years it achieved a place in the international design market, which was helped by the Extempore line.

Outdoor furniture is undoubtedly the line in which Extremis moves, although thanks to designs such as Picnik and Kosmos it is quickly making a place for itself in interior furniture. Since the beginning Extremis has exported its products, it currently exports 78% of the sales figure.
